So I was talked into trying the game Amnesia: The Dark Decent. Supposedly it will scare the crap out of me. I'm waiting for it to get totally dark and I'm shutting off the world even more than I normally do. I can't wait to see if it actually scares me.
From what I understand the sounds and visuals make you very paranoid and it will make you freak out sometimes. I watched some Youtube videos and well it seems pretty convincing.
Update: After finishing the game I must say, it scared the crap out of me. It even made the hair on my arms stand up one time.
league of legends and etc
Just messing around and ranting sometimes.

Don't make an aegis if your team has a support champion.
If your team has a support champion, please do not make an Aegis of the Legion unless the support champion has specifically said he is not going to make one.
Aegis is the only item that provides health, armor and magic resist and it is cheap to make. Support champions tend to have less gold to spend because they are generally letting the lane partner farm or simply have more difficulty farming than others. Letting them build this item is very helpful to them and your team.
In team fights it is not uncommon for the enemy team to focus fire the support champion because they understand by taking out the support they will be able to kill the carry that would be much harder to kill with the support champion still alive. If the option of making an aegis is not available to that support champion, they will have more trouble sustaining themselves in the fight and doing their job.
Yes, it is possible to have 2 aegis's on the team, and the aura will even stack for the 2 people that have it but, this is effectively lowering your teams gold efficiency therefore making your team slightly weaker overall.
It is also possible for the support champion to make other items that give health, armor or magic resist such as spirit visage, guardian angel, heart of gold (pre patch). This is a viable thought process but none of these items provide health and armor at a cheap cost and lead to an item that supports the team well.
If you are a nay-sayer, you are probably thinking 'Randuin's Omen' right now. Although once again a fair argument, it is not a strong one. Randuin's is expensive, it also requires the support champion to be out of position in order to use it effectively. Although support champions such as Taric and Karma may find good use from this item, it is still better suited for the main tank or melee dps. (reasoning excluded)
If you want a high armor item that reduces attack speed you should get a Frozen Heart instead. This item has mana, which is generally very nice for a support champion. It also has better cooldown reduction than a Randuins, and you can get that cdr easier by simply building a Glacial Shroud.
As you can see there are good defensive options for the support champion, but even with these options it is important you leave the aegis for the support. Because, while Glacial Shroud/Frozen heart can be great on support, it doesn't provide health. Spirit visage can be amazing, but it doesn't provide armor. Randuins is strong, but not optimal. I have intentionally not mentioned Soul Shroud because it complicates the big picture (and is part of a bigger picture) and may confuse the people who will listen to what I am trying to explain rather than play devil's advocate. For the sake of argument, Soul Shroud is another amazing item but it does not provide armor or magic resist. Aegis is the one item that gives your support all 3 defensive stats, allowing him to quickly and easily become more tanky, while supporting your team at the same time. So even though you can combine multiple items together to get all of the stats you want, it will take you much longer to do so, possibly at the cost of losing a fight.
In conclusion, letting the support champion make an aegis is a great benefit for your team. It allows them to get the survivability they need while filling their role as a supporter at a cheap cost. If you take this advantage away from your support you are very likely weakening your team unknowingly. Also, if you like to play support champions, and almost never make this item you may want to re-evaluate your item build.
I have not provided every detail to support my argument, and there are exceptions to what I am saying but, if you can not understand the base concept of what I am trying to explain to you, then it would be to your benefit to simply accept what I am saying as true and try to understand it another day. I understand that this subject can branch off into many different tangents but I am not prepared or willing to explain it all at this moment. I will say however that this information is closely tied to having limited rune pages and how to maximize your champion selection and playstyle using those pages.
